The Life of New Idea
Too often our best ideas somehow get sidetracked between the flash and the implementation. Hand this out at your next meeting when you suspect your staff may be supporting your ideas less than 100%.
Give everyone a copy. Then go around the room and have each meeting participant read one excuse. They're going to have fun with this because everyone of us has used these excuses sometime in our careers.
Then let them know, in a nice way of course, that now that you've heard all the excuses, you never want to hear them again.
